The Steenburg Lake Community Association (SLCA) was pleased to donate $250 this fall to each of two organizations that support our community.

The first went to the Tri Township Community Food Bank which provides innovative programs, services, and community partnerships that support individuals, families, and the surrounding communities. SLCA Social Chair Selena Bruni presented the cheque to Lise Ann from the food bank.

The second donation went to the Think Turtle Initiative which is dedicated to protecting turtles and the habitats they depend on. SLCA Lake Steward Paulina Callaghan presented the cheque to Kelly Wallace from Think Turtle.
