8:00 am – Agricultural Hall opens to accept exhibits until 12:00 pm

12:00 pm – Judging commences in Agricultural Hall [Closed to general public until completed]
3:00 pm – Gates open
1:00 pm – Midway Opens, featuring Albion Amusement
2:00 pm – Ontario Pony Pulls
7:00 pm – Opening Ceremonies
7:30 pm – Agricultural Hall opens to general public, open until 10:00 pm
7:30 pm – Demolition Derby by Impact Motorsports
7:00 am – Gates Open
9:00 am – Horse Judging begins with halter programs [Halter programs consist of light, ponies, hackney and draft]
– Western Games: Pole Bending, Flag Racing, Rescue Race, Barrel Race Must have membership to enter
10:00 am – Midway Opens
11:00 am -Petting Zoo sponsored by Red Eagle Family Campground
11:00 am -Music by The Appalachian Celtics
Noon – Talent Show
– Nail Driving after Talent Show
2:00 pm – Strut Your Mutt/Pup Show –
2:30 pm – Children’s Games
4:00 pm – Music by The Nephton Ridge Runners
6:00 pm – Agricultural Hall Closed to the public Exhibits to be removed
6:00 pm (approx.) – Light & Heavy Horse Draw
Midway & Concessions stay open as long as there is a demand for them.

To source and make available relevant information to the Membership regarding political and environmental changes that impact cottage ownership and take appropriate action on behalf of the Association when deemed necessary by the executive; to promote, educate and encourage responsible lake stewardship and to provide opportunities to meet and socialize at events throughout the year with fellow cottage owners.

Become a member

Your annual membership fee of $40 helps the Steenburg Lake Community Association achieve their mission on behalf of the residents of Steenburg Lake. Fees fund fun activities throughout the year, they support our Lake Stewardship program, Newsletters, Website, and Government Relations. Your membership is appreciated, and required, in order to continue as an association.
